Every year Phil and Bert act as Marshall at our local Carnival, the narrow streets are crowded with thousands of people, there are 60 floats, a Scots Pipe Band walks 15 feet behind his tail and the fire engine followed by all the floats behind that..Each year we try to dress as something different, this was Punk Rocker, bert wasn't too thrilled about having coloured paint all over him, though at least he didn't wear a wig like his owner!
