Hello! 

Amazing the difference 24 hours makes; the legs start to straighten up and they lose that squashed look... 

At two days' old, he is too big to go under Mum... 

After the panic re his "bits", they are dangling now and the injury is healing nicely! 

Isabella and sister fast asleep during the afternoon heat, she has stopped calling for her Mum now and follows her sister instead. 

Lucia and Mum, as you can see we have mud after the storm, and considering they have an 8 acre field to stand in, why do they choose the one muddy place! 

Lucia, growing fast and pleased to have more foal companions. 

Solstice watching the new foal 

Solstice a few days old, what a precocious face! 

Jethro, a few hours old. We have been waiting for a colt from this combination for two years, as this mare carried our best genes and he is by Harper's Bornival, we will keep him entire until two to assess if her is stallion material. 

Meet Narramore Jethro (for those who don't know who Jethro is, he is a comdian called Jeff Rowe who although blue is really funny.

Narramore Black Solstice 

Lovely foal, Dad is Harper's Bornival, Mum is Lady, by Michael's Revenge ex a mare by Canworthy Monsun, (Grade A showjumper and Advanced dressage horse) 

Meet Narramore Black Solstice (Solly) who was born shortly before 4 am this morning. 

Foxy came to investigate too (on the left) but soon wandered off, the two sisters stayed by their dam's side.

This was minutes after we found her, the yealing on the right is her full sister..

Two of the yearlings, as you can see, still in their winter woollies! In the background are their two Uncles, who protect them and go everywhere with them, it's a funny partnership but it works. 

Day three again and getting bolder exploring the field. 

Jezebel, a yearling and Phil's next horse, she should make around 16.1.h.h As you can see the bond is growing between them. 

This is Jasper, a yearling by Ambertson ex a Hannovarian x TB mare. He is such a laid back horse, if you tickle his tummy he rolls over and lets you sit on him in the field..
