Monty Canter.

You can see how his bend is improving and he is carrying more weight on his hindquarters... Posted by Picasa

Monty trot.

monty canter

Huge, huge improvement. he is attempting to bend and go softly, a massive difference from the yank and let's gallop attitude of two weeks ago! Posted by Picasa

Fuzzy pic as taken from the video, but you can start to see the eventual horse that is going to emerge.. Posted by Picasa

Monty Jan 2006

Start of session after lunging, he is quite uptight today and tense... Posted by Picasa

Monty Jan 2006.

I have to confess today was one of those days he had no inclination to co-operate whatsoever. After struggling for an hour we have decided the problem may be the bit as he went much better after a change to a straight bar vulcanite snaffle. The vet can also do his teeth, so all options are covered.
On the good side, at least he is beginning to look like an event horse! Posted by Picasa
